The charter includes, in addition to the use of the boat,
the use of every equipment and diversion on board, materials
of consumption for the cleaning of the boat, salary of
the crew, assurances of the boat against all the risks
includes the third persons with clause of "lease
and charter".
The Charter excludes, and so it is considered at charge
of the Charterer: the of the fuel of the boat, of the
tender and of the jet-ski. Besides it is excluded the
cost of provisions of Charterers and Their Guests, mooring's
costs ( except that of the Home port), harbour-duties,
water, electricity used by the quay, laundry. |
