information whom an offer's compilation needs.
Options and acceptation of
the offer
Received Your required, we will provide to send You our
offer that You will be able to confirm to us discharging
the Charter
agreement or in the agreement we have sent You, written
on the ground of the Agreement "Italtempo" of
the Chamber of Commerce in Genoa.
Reservation
Received our Agreement, You will be able to send back
compiled and signed, joinedly with the accountant of the
bank rebate of the 50% of the arranged amount.
Balance and cautionary deposit
Twenty days before the date of the embarking, you will
make arriving at us the balance such as the cautionary
deposit, like it is indicated in the agreement; deposit
which will be give back to You promptly at the end of
the charter. |
